Warranty
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and damages incurred during shipping. If you receive a damaged shipping box, please file a claim immediately upon delivery.
Please note, that the warranty is eligible only for manufacturing defects or damages that occur during shipping. For any issues related to these, kindly submit a claim for assessment.
If your purchase is damaged or defective, please file a claim by sending an email to us at info@mermid.com. Include your order number, and a description of the damage, and attach pictures showing the product and the defect for assessment. We accept claims for purchases made through www.mermid.com and from other retailers as well.
Additionally, we offer a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. If you encounter such an issue within the first year of purchase, please follow the same procedure mentioned above to make a claim.
