Refund & Returns Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of purchase or delivery. If you wish to return item(s), you’re responsible for arranging and covering the shipping costs and should retain a tracking number for your records.
To start the return process, please email your address location to us at info@mermid.com with the email subject “Return” We’ll provide you with the nearest return address available.
Upon receiving the returned item(s) and assessing their eligibility for return, we will issue a refund to the original purchasing card/payment method. For international returns, any applicable taxes or import duties may be deducted.
