Include your order number, and a description of the damage, and attach pictures showing the product and the defect for assessment. We accept claims for purchases made through www.mermid.com and from other retailers as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, we offer a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
